Keith Webb's practice is focused on representation of all types of parties involved in the construction and real estate development process, including design professionals, owners, general contractors, home builders, and subcontractors in mediation, arbitration, litigation, and informal dispute resolution.

Keith was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1994 and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the College of the State Bar of Texas. He also serves as an arbitrator for construction disputes through the American Arbitration Association. Keith was among the first class of attorneys Board Certified® in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Keith received his Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he served as a leading articles editor for The International Lawyer and was a member of The Order of the Barristers and Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. Accompanying his law degree, Keith also earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University, where he graduated magna cum laude. His extensive background in construction and real estate development render him well suited to represent design professionals and other project participants in legal disputes.

Keith has tried twelve cases to verdict in both state and federal courts, as well as approximately fifteen cases in arbitration.  He has also handled appeals to state appellate courts, the Texas Supreme Court, and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
